Now you can see the landscape page in the same view with the portrait pages. So, what exactly is going on here? First, go to the VIEW tab and let’s click Multiple Pages. Now we can go back to the table and adjust the column widths to stretch the table out to fit nicely on the page. The table is now in landscape orientation on its own page, and when we scroll to another page, you can see that the rest of the document is still in portrait orientation. Now the only thing that will change to landscape is the selected text. Then, go down here and click the arrow next to Apply to, and choose Selected text. There’s nothing stopping you changing that default between Letter and A4 or some other paper size (Legal?). In the US it’s Letter Size (8.5” x 11” / 21.59 x 27.94cm ), but in most of the world it’s the metric A4 paper (8.27” x 11.69” / 21 x 29.7cm ). So I want to change my default paper size to A4.
